the argument in this picture is very strong and dangerous . as we all know the dollar (dxy) will in the near future continue its south trend probably against most currencies except the jpy , where the dollar will go north against the jpy .
this is what this picture says.

the jpy is likely to rally just below the drawn line,(it shall not make a new high) then it will reverse down.
