Ok... Start coin is about as dead as they come, but look at this chart! There has been an insanely long accumulation period, and coins like this love to pump.
This is a fantastic Risk/Reward opportunity to throw 1-2% of your portfolio at and walk away.

This sounds like a reasonable speculation. Based on its previous record, this coin has potential to see pumps. Worth putting in a small percentage of one's capital and just wait.

Got lucky last night. Had decided to put some money in Start after reading this post, and it went up an hour later. The price has come down from the highest 24-hour point but that's okay. I'll wait for the pump to come in the weeks and months ahead.
