With the stronger dollar, and slumping Oil prices, we see a drop in global equities . Nice harami pattern at the 38.2 Fibonacci retracement and the clear bear follow through shows clearly where we should interpret the fundamental perspective, and technical together, to make a high probability, safe trading situation.
