PHB is at the tail end of its consolidation period.
-The 4H histogram are bearish.
-4h MacD starting to descend below histo
-RSI is low but, still has room to drop.
-Elliott Waves, fibonacci levels are lining up beautifully.
BOTTOM TARGET 130
PHB is finishing up its final 1-2-3-4-5 waves down to the bottom.
I've set up 'confirmation' targets: 149 & 171
-I'm looking for a bounce at 149
-and, resistance at 171
to confirm a bottom target at 130.
TENATIVE TARGETS FOR PUMP
As chart progresses, I'll be confirming/adjusting targets.
