NZD, AUD, CAD Medium Term Price Stability Forecast Q1 2018
NZD, AUD and CAD will be strong during the Q1 2018 by pushing the NZDUSD, NZDCHF, NZDJPY, AUDUSD, AUDJPY, AUDCHF, CADUSD, CADJPY, CADCHF to upward until they reach their average traded weighted rate (ATWR) at their upper medium term bands and at the same time to pressure the GBPNZD, EURNZD, GBPAUD, EURAUD, GBPCAD, EURCAD and USDCAD to their lower medium term bands until they reach their ATWR.
The width of their medium term bands estimated to 10 % based on Louvre Accord, however their actual width of medium term bands are based on the measured ATWR at lower and at upper medium term bands. Those pairs are being moved from "disequilibrium" to "equilibrium" by equilibrium exchange rate theory at managed width of bands.
