NEO is is above 36 & 200 MAs from W - Minute charts. I'm still looking for my targets referenced below in the link. Quickly looking across all time frames NEO appears to be in 38.2 4hr fib retracement that lines up on the prior ALT. We have a support zone NEO will look to be testing. Although NEO could go south I'm thinking all the signals are showing positive so I'm in monitor mode. If NEO does move south I'll post up potential rebuys :).
