The ECB cannot get a grip on it and the 10-year Italian government bond is quoted at 17.8% p.a. on 19 March 2019.
Not only is Italy bankrupt, but also the portfolios of the government bond holders are disappearing into thin air, above all the ECB and pension funds and insurance companies.

IMF will react. Can't let this happened. It's a sad sad situation... The demographic keeps getting older, while the debt burden continues to exist, and now the virus struck. Tragedy in all aspects...

@step_ahead_ofthemarket, I live in Italy and the problem is not the demographic that keeps getting older but the youngest that can't find a job even with a good title because bureaucracy and taxes are a pain in the ass for business
