DAX is more interesting in USD value. This trend line can not be drawn in DAX normally, but when looked at in USD value. We can draw this trend line that is now broken.
In my opinion, long term trend lines that last over several years and then break is the beginning of bear markets. These lines broke several months ago in S&P500 and Dow Industrials, but the market just continued sideways after that.
It is quite interesting that when the DAX line broke in USD value, the markets world wide crashed quickly. Also, China (Hang Seng), also broke it's trend line almost at the same time as DAX in USD.

Ok, but how about that the fundament is for rising DAX and rising stocks all around the world + world inflation ?

Yes my chart is in logarithmic scale. Click on "log"-button in the bottom right of your chart to switch. Trend lines on longer time frames work much better in log scale.
