Hi, sorry for my delayed reply! H&S is head and shoulders pattern. If you don't know what it is, my advice to you is to read something about forex before you start trading, because you will loose your money! I'm telling you this from personal experience. Even I've been read few books about it, the start of my trading experience have been tough for me and it's the same for every one.
