Playing the breakout like always. Going to wait for a retracement and proper confirmation before entering into this one. Because of FOMC, becareful entering trades at this time.
But if you are talking about triangle break out; the target should be same distance as the base of the triangle; which, in this case, top of your down trend line!!

I like to play it safe and take profits midway. Looking at the chart, theres some resistance going through 1.3233. The way im going to play it is holding my position and see if it'll break past that area.
