EURUSD Will it go up or will it go down from here?

As price has traded sideways I am looking for a potential break higher for a retest and then get long. OR
Price break lower and then wait for a retest to get short.

Price has broken to the high side. Now the question is will it test the 10535's and then ralley up and test the 10570 level
