did you go purely based on technicals or did you also look back that the last time the ECB cut rates and it looked to be the bottom as well?

No pure technicals, the strong manipulated move to the downside is was very clearly a HEAD FAKE on the bollinger bands, combined with the fact that price reached the lower parallel of the gray schiff pitchfork and couldn't close beneath it made me make that call. I expect price to go sideways for quiet some time before we start going up again. It has to go all the way through the gray pitchfork before it can follow the blue slope again!
