@Felthamtrader, It is because MACD crossed below zero line on 2018-01-30 11AM and stayed most of time below zero line. This is further confirmed by 200 EMA line as we can see prices are staying below it majority of time. This gives me a feeling of downtrend in 60 minutes time frame.
