I will assume BTC and all altcoins will bottom at this major level. This indicates a bottom of 3500 - 4500 on btc, $50 on NEO, and the level in which I will start adding to my altcoin positions.

i've been long from 720/7300 on btc. I will take some off the table if/when btc hits around 10.4k. For the record, I am half a hodlr/half trader. My alts are my hodls, half my ether and btc are my trading instruments (i.e., willing to take profits/try to buy cheaper/trade in and out of)
