Noob alert - don't listen to me.
The highs are getting lower, suggesting retracing is needed to check the floor. Next floor is at 0.00972. If it passes, it's free to go for new all time high. Be safe.

Looks like eth is doing a lot of sideways movement. I see a descending triangle close up. Inside are 2 wedges with predictable increase in price.

This is looking very bullish. Short worked ok for short while, but switched to long for now.

I think today and next few days is decision time to break out or confirm down. News for eth look optimistic, who knows.
