I no longer use bitcoin for buying my other altcoins because ETH has been going steady for sometime now and if I leave some crypto on Binance overnight then it doesnt change my portfolio for the worse. @brandoni30, I would say Binance 1st as they have the most legit coins then poloniex only because i started with them first. I'm on the fence about cryptopia because of all the pump and dump groups like telegram or discord but I am also learning to trade in south korean exchanges such as bitthumb there's a certain strategy to have there kimchi premium in one's favor but I've had no luck so far. besides this - Potential Workarounds?
Moonsung Bae, a 36-year-old financial analyst in Seoul who trades cryptocurrencies for his personal account, said he has profited from the kimchi premium without transferring funds into foreign currencies. Instead, he uses alternative cryptocurrencies like ether.
One of his strategies involves buying ether in Korea, transferring it to an offshore venue, exchanging it for bitcoin, transferring the bitcoin back to Korea, and cashing out. That works as long as Korea’s ether premium is smaller than the bitcoin premium, he said.
