legal prosecution? the eth scammers did a roll back of an exploit based on their greed of having to lose like 30% in DAO. Whats the real scam is that all the ppl that sold their DAO tokens for a loss of a sinking ship, trusting that eth/dao wasnt like a creditcard/paypal roll backs, all the while insiders (Vitalik et al) knowing they would force the rollback thus getting all their eth/btc back using the dao 100/1 eth. Unbelievable scam with eth/dao that will take ages to renew its trust outside the ethscicle koolaid drinkers. This is a banker coin project all the way (idea was excellent tho, and Vitalik seemed brilliant). Your earlier comparison of btcs emergency hard fork for protocal vs this "give me my moniez back meaniez" fork is garbage.

Just mark my words and keep them in mind... Crypto World will see a major crackdown by law inforcement very soonish (meaning this year). Fraudulent businesses and exchanges will get shutdown and those involved gonna wake up in a prison cell. They think of themselves as being somewhat untouchable, but they are not. Not at all in fact... Although, this obv will be a huge shock for all crypto at first, it gonna be best thing that ever happened after all.
