EC How much further can it climb?

Playing a trade simulator game:

I took a chance and bought 1000 shares at $15.43 on 3JAN18.
On 4JAN18 I set a trailing stop at 20 cents.
It executed that day at $16.65.
Profit of $1220 less fees.
I might try that again next week.
Strong buy signals remain for short-, medium-, and long-term investing.

At this point what could signal a downturn before a drop in price???
