To me it seems you are using an arithmetic pricescale. For these kind of movements you need a logarithmic scale.

@USAS_INC, I was talking in terms of technical analysis purely (like your idea was formulated in). If your idea was formulated on some other basis it should have been shown as such. In my humble opinion.
