Ending diagonal for DAX, Long term bear market will start today!

After years of higher prices and extreme highs, it is all coming to an end now. Dollar is falling, gold is jumping higher and oil prices go higher without correcting. I have been predicting a world wide economic contraction will occur within the next 2 years, the breakout of the EURUSD and Oil prices were my indicators.
Now the DAX is making an ending diagonal, wich is signaling the end of this extreme Bull market. Bear market will probably start from today!
When you look at the last candle, it looks very negative, if this candle would close even below the 13150, than it's almost a guarantee that a long term top is set!

They held it last week above the 13150, the US markets just pushed everything up again with their insanely bull run, just ignoring all the facts. That's why i chose the DAX, it's much more realistic than the US markets.
Even though US was making new highs, Europe was not that optimistic. Dax is hanging on the support line of the big ending diagonal. If we would drop below the 13.150 tomorrow and maybe even close the week below the 12.750, than you should assume the bull run is over and the top is set for the start of the long term bear market

Dropped out of the Big diagonal, made a small pullback and dropped below the low again. Looking very bearish now!! A close below the 13150 would be a win, and maybe even this week a close below the 12750 would be perfect!
But now the US markets wont give up the fight easy!

Looking realy good now (for the bears that is), 13150 should break today, hopefully the 13K by the end of the week, dream scenario would be 12750 this week! If that happens, that for me its 90% sure the ATH is set!

So far so good, DAX and US have made a very big drop friday and the futures are also much lower, DAX almost reached the 12500 with the future. A close today would confirm (for me) that the long term bear market has started.

The target of this diagonal is around the 12.000. But expect support around the grean area. I will be closing most of my short position in several portions when it gets near the grean area. The first close will be (probably) at the opening today. I have been short above the 13.400 so i have already made a massive profit. Important not to get greedy and start taking profit.

It much to early to call it yet, but my prediction that i made half december, about stock markets running towards their end of the bull market and will start to begin bear market. That worldwide the economy will start to slow down in 2018 or in 2019. That Oil is had started his bull rally months ago, and that the Dollar is weakening allot. My prediction was, that when things are turning really ugly again, that the crypto markets would get the blame for all of it. So far with the crypto markets be very weak lately and dropping allot, the puzzle really seems to be falling into place :)

Very nice picture, It could go further into the green area, but i have already closed most of my short position with a massive profit :). I expect a wave 2 correction to take place now in this week, maybe even into next week. Than we will probably see a real crash (wave 3)
