I bought 265C Dec 18 based on the news CRM buying slack and price kept dropping below my entry. Not sure to hold after earning or sell on monday before earning on tuesday?

CRM earnings on Dec. 1st. - I bought $250 and $255 call option expiring on Dec. 4th. Planning to sell the before the earning. Do you see CRM going to 267 before 12/4?
