we appear to be moving up because the 4 Hour candle as hit a 9 and will flip to set up a buy signal for 4 to 16 hours before moving lower and we fall again .
We know we will continue dropping as the daily candle is on a 8 and the weekly shows 4 more weeks of correction left.
