Hope Im wrong, but dump the coffeee. Instant energy isn't always the best. Sometimes being conservative with some H2O helps preserve you're wellness in the long term. Remember you get pretty tired after a few hours, not to mention it pushes you to make hourly deposits at the restroom (at least me). Volume
