Whales and big holders will buy back in so they try to take profit from the average guy, panic selling at this moment, based on the (twisted) news being spread right now. The whales are shorting now at least 50% of their holding, sharing the negative news on Twitter and other social media platforms to push the price even lower.
Don't forget BTC is still king and with the Lightning network, it will probably make a lot of Alts obsolete. Only 21 million coins. Don't give your share away. BTC is holding strong in general.
