2014 to 2015 market cycle the bottom was the 88.6 fib thus using the 88.6 percent fib

there is no set price. they can take it to 1500, 1200, 1000, 2495, 2800, 3k, 3500. wherever they determine the bottom to be. and yes whales control most of the supply.
