I see a hidden bearish divergence at 4 hour chart. It could go lower from 8000s to 7400s. Volume is decreasing.

Since Binnance is down, nobody is dumping it seems. Tonight at 11pm EST, it goes back online so keep an eye on things then.

Yes , total crypto market lacks of millions of Binance users so this causes low volume.
