btc will not rise alot .. price still under resistance and rising in a channel

maybe price down again soon to 13k

I dob't clearly get the resistance i thiught it is 16500 but it is 16200 thats fucked y trade i bought 16750 ad sold 14500 then i was shocked the resistance is 16200 please doo numbers ext times most of us use mobile phones not reallt accurate

i sold btc at 13 600, i wanted to reBuy it at 12900-13100 and.... and then btc was 14 500-15200 and i was still waiting for downtrend... All traiders were screaming about 12800-13400... So... now 16 300.. What can u recommend me? Buy at market price or wait
