Understanding Bitcoin, My first chart

Bitcoin / U.S. dollarBitstamp

Beschreibung

My first chart was all about discovering repeating patterns in Bitcoin's price movements and I found tons of repeating patterns in my analysis. I started studying from right before the low of $2985 (I went long at $3327 BTW) up until our current situation. Im sure what I call certain moves is wrong, im not into technicalities but I would appreciate being corrected on the terms, so I can learn whats called what.

I made a prediction of where I thought the price would go and how this downward movement will play out based on previous movements, particularly the movement on October 23rd, as it was in a correction thats almost a mirror image of what were in now.

Kommentar

Well I got the upward movement right! But failed the downward movement, it happened a lot faster than I thought, but it always does with BTC.

Kommentar

Looking at it now I feel like I had the right idea, but the movement happened backwards of what I predicted.

interesting, but why the first arrow starts before the current moment? Is that how BTC behaved during last wave, not your prediction?

@thisisfabiop, It was just my way of saying step 2 could sink deeper before heading back up to the top of step 3, hind sight i should have started the arrow where we currently are to give myself the best chance for accurate an prediction.
