Vix is on 19.02 - in Neutral Zone. Nasdaq - Bullish S&P500 - Bullish Dow Jones - neutral like vix.
You can expect the market to be bullish but we might see a fall for the support because gap opening will be able to sustain for longer time because it is huge.
